TrustSwap is a multichain, full-service digital asset ecosystem that offers among others Defi services/dapps, Launchpads & Incubator programs, NFT white-label solutions, and also owns ‘The Crypto App’, one of the world’s most popular crypto mobile apps with over 5M downloads. Our goal is to build secure, transparent, and user-friendly blockchain dapps and services to empower the global adoption and security of digital assets. Currently, our dapps support 18+ different blockchains, both EVM and non-EVM compatible.

TrustSwap is seeking a Busines Development & Sales Representative who is passionate about our ecosystem and the crypto/Web3 space as a whole.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out and establish strategic partnerships with other blockchain projects, companies, exchanges, and organizations that align with the business goals.
  • Identify new business channels, markets, revenue streams and products to maximize profitability and drive revenue growth.
  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our blockchain solutions and services and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business opportunities.
  • Create proposals for potential partners and clients that drive value for both parties.
  • Lead contract negotiations, working closely with the COO and product team to ensure favorable terms and conditions.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous demonstrable and successful blockchain experience in a Business Development, Sales or Partnerships role(s).
  • Passion for the crypto/web3 space.
  • Ability to have productive and engaging conversations with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Well-organized with strong time management skills and a proactive personality.
  • You are comfortable with all aspects of the sales process: from prospecting to close.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong professional ethics.
  • Team player.
  • Fluency in English. Other languages are a big plus.
