Our goal is to build secure, transparent, and user-friendly blockchain dapps and services to empower the global adoption and security of digital assets. Currently, our dapps support 18+ different blockchains, both EVM and non-EVM compatible.

TrustSwap is seeking a Web3/Blockchain Developer who is passionate about our ecosystem and the crypto/Web3 space as a whole.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy smart contracts, ensuring they meet stringent audit standards for security and quality.
• Produce smart contract code that is both efficient and secure, underpinned by a robust suite of tests.
• Lead the creation of best practices for smart contract updates and manage version control across PoS networks diligently.
• Foster collaboration with developers, auditors, and stakeholders to maintain and elevate smart contract security.
• Liaise with leadership and product teams to identify vulnerabilities, documenting and mitigating risks effectively.
• Keep abreast of the latest in Solidity and EVM updates, developer tools, and potential security threats.
• Engage in code review processes, providing insightful feedback to peers to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Assist in the creation and evaluation of among others grant proposals, requirement documents, and statements of work.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, 5+ years as a developer.
• Proficiency in Solidity is a must with Rust knowledge.
• Experience with developer tools for smart contract application developers (Hardhat, Foundry).
• Strong testing skills and experience with testing frameworks for smart contracts.
• Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical, to collaborate effectively with remote team members.
• Proactive, positive, and independent personality.
• Security-oriented mindset.
• Passion for great smart contract code, ready for audit.
