FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Everything You Need to Know About TrustSwap.
Quick answers to the questions we hear most often about TrustSwap and its five platforms.
TrustSwap
TrustSwap is a Web3 infrastructure group, founded in 2020 and headquartered in Abu Dhabi, UAE, that owns and operates five platforms covering every stage of a token's life: Team Finance for token creation, locks, vesting and distribution; TrustSwap Launchpad for vetted fundraising; The Crypto App for portfolio tracking and retail distribution; Panthea for institutional custody and treasury, with Blockfort AG as the regulated Swiss custodian; and Alcyone for strategic advisory. TrustSwap is non-custodial by default, supports 25 blockchain networks, and has supported more than 40,000 project deployments.
TrustSwap is used by token project teams, blockchain protocols, exchanges, and institutional partners. Project teams use Team Finance to lock liquidity and vest team allocations, use the TrustSwap Launchpad to raise capital through vetted IDOs, and use The Crypto App to reach retail investors. Exchanges, protocols, and enterprises also partner with TrustSwap for white-label launchpad deployments and API integrations. Foundations, funds and issuers use Panthea for regulated custody and treasury operations, and Alcyone for strategic advisory. More than 40,000 projects have deployed token infrastructure through TrustSwap since 2020.
TrustSwap is headquartered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and operates under UAE jurisdiction. Operations, partnerships, and product development are run from the UAE, supported by a globally distributed team working remotely across all functions.
Team Finance
Team Finance is TrustSwap's non-custodial token management platform for projects that need to create, lock, vest, and distribute tokens. It provides token creation, liquidity locks, team-allocation locks, configurable vesting schedules with cliff and linear options, staking, multi-sender batch distribution, and payroll — all through audited smart contracts across 25 blockchain networks. Team Finance reached an all-time high of $6.5B in total value locked, and TrustSwap never takes custody of the assets locked through it.
Team Finance is built to be safe through architecture rather than policy: it is non-custodial, so TrustSwap cannot move, hold, or access any assets locked through it. Its smart contracts are open-source and publicly verifiable on every supported chain, deployments are immutable and cannot be altered after they go live, and TrustSwap retains no admin keys or upgrade permissions on user contracts. The contracts have been independently audited by CertiK, Hacken, BailSec, and Zokyo, and TrustSwap runs a bug bounty program rewarding responsibly disclosed vulnerabilities with up to $50,000.
Team Finance supports 25 blockchain networks spanning EVM and non-EVM chains, including Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, Avalanche, Base, Arbitrum, Solana, Flare, and others. The same locking, vesting, and distribution toolset is available across all supported networks, so a project can manage token infrastructure on multiple chains from one platform.
TrustSwap Launchpad
The TrustSwap Launchpad is a full-service, institutional-grade token fundraising platform where vetted Web3 projects run their IDOs. Every accepted project passes multi-stage due diligence — team verification, smart contract review, tokenomics stress-testing, legal assessment, and market-fit evaluation — and receives integrated KYC/AML infrastructure plus Team Finance token management before the raise goes live. The TrustSwap Launchpad has raised more than $100M across 80+ completed launches since 2020 and ranks among the top 10 IDO platforms on CryptoRank.
A project applies to the TrustSwap Launchpad by submitting an application through the Launchpad portal with its team background, tokenomics, roadmap, legal jurisdiction, and fundraising target. Applications are reviewed within 5–10 business days. Projects that pass TrustSwap's multi-stage due diligence receive formal approval, then move into a structured preparation phase — token infrastructure deployment on Team Finance, KYC configuration, and IDO setup — before the scheduled launch and post-launch support. TrustSwap reviews more than 80 applications per quarter.
The SWAP Score is the staking-based tier that determines an investor's allocation on the TrustSwap Launchpad. It is calculated from the amount of SWAP a participant stakes multiplied by the lock duration they choose, so a larger stake and a longer lock produce a higher tier and priority allocation access. SWAP is the native ERC-20 token of the TrustSwap ecosystem; investors register on the TrustSwap dashboard, stake SWAP to set their tier, and complete KYC to activate participation eligibility.
The Crypto App
The Crypto App is a cryptocurrency portfolio tracking application for iOS and Android, owned and operated by TrustSwap, with more than 5.7M downloads, 80,000+ reviews, and a 4.5-star rating. It lets users track holdings, prices, and market movements, and it gives TrustSwap ecosystem projects proprietary distribution reach to a large retail audience through alerts, widgets, and in-app advertising.
Projects advertise on The Crypto App by arranging featured listings, banner placements, or push-notification campaigns that reach its 5.7M+ user base. These placements are coordinated through TrustSwap's advertising team and are typically used by token projects and marketing teams seeking retail distribution; campaigns can be requested through the TrustSwap contact page.
Security and Compliance
TrustSwap treats security as architecture rather than a feature. Team Finance smart contracts are non-custodial, open-source, and immutable once deployed, with no admin keys retained on user contracts, so assets are controlled only by the contracts themselves. The contracts are independently audited by four firms — CertiK, Hacken, BailSec, and Zokyo — with full reports published, and every new production contract is audited before launch. TrustSwap also monitors contracts continuously for anomalous activity, enforces full KYC/KYB/AML screening on every Launchpad raise through Blockpass and Sekuritance, and operates a bug bounty program of up to $50,000 with a responsible-disclosure policy acknowledged within two business days.
