$ESX Token Utility
The ESX Token has multiple utilities within the EstateX ecosystem.
The three core utilities are:
1. Transaction Fees: All transaction fees on both the primary and secondary marketplaces must be paid in ESX. This process is user-friendly, requiring no prior crypto knowledge, as everything happens seamlessly in the background.
2. Rental Income Distribution: Income generated by properties on the platform is used to buy ESX tokens from the market which are then distributed daily to investors as rental payouts, creating continuous buy pressure for ESX.

With an eye for detail leading the product, business development, and legal team, Bart ensures regulatory compliance by leveraging his extensive network of legal professionals.
With six years of entrepreneurial experience, Bart has managed e-commerce ventures, overseeing multiple webshops and excelling in brand building, marketing, legal compliance, team management, and market analysis. Over the past four years, Bart's leadership has been instrumental in raising $3M for EstateX, driving its trajectory towards the made achievements and fulfilling the role as main director of EstateX with success.
Ron Nath Mukherjee - Managing Director: Originally from Belgium, Ron has over 20 years of experience in International Business Development and Business Administration, with a primary focus on the IT and Financial Sectors. He has been directly responsible for product development, attracting capital, leading teams & generating customers in banking and finance markets for over 20 years.
Ron holds an MBA and a Business Certificate in Private Equity Management. Graham Ade - Chief Technical Officer: Graham developed an offline distributed ledger settlement system for the Digital Euro project which utilized self-designed, novel cryptographic algorithms and homomorphic encryption principles to allow blockchain settlement between payers and payees without an internet or cellular connection. He was instrumental in filing numerous patents and leading the patent teams for offline settlement technology and interoperability solutions for discrete blockchains designed for tokenized assets. He has designed blockchain architectures and led development teams responsible for programming and deploying highly-scalable, performant DLT settlement layers.
In addition, he has extensive experience in payments processing not limited to crypto including a deep understanding of compliance procedures for RWAs (Real World Assets), debit/credit cards, stablecoins, and CBDCs for TPPs (Third-Party Providers). Having prior experience in developing B2B and B2C tokenized whitelabel solutions for pegged and variably-allocated products, he is uniquely positioned to accelerate our goals in fractionalized RWAs.
Having been active in the cryptocurrency movement since 2012, Graham was an early investor, advocate, and developer in many innovative and ground-breaking crypto projects, such as Bitcoin, Mastercoin (the First protocol layer on Bitcoin), NXT (the First true PoS currency), Ethereum (the First Turing complete blockchain), Decentraland (the First metaverse), and Chia (the First non-staked, energy-efficient blockchain).
Michael Gord - Business Development and EstateX United States: Michael Gord is the Co-Founder and CEO of GDA Capital. He is a serial entrepreneur and disruptive technology investor focused on the mass adoption of digital assets. Michael founded MLG Blockchain in 2016 where he helped clients, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, across the world to help develop their blockchain strategies. He has advised on token sale execution and digital asset sales for clients resulting in raises of $500M+.
Before founding GDA Capital, as a current partner of MLG Capital, he made angel investments focused on the blockchain industry into companies that have continued to achieve million-dollar valuations with global enterprise partnerships. Rainer Bergmann - Managing Director EstateX Germany: With a degree from Frankfurt University, Rainer has held key roles at top financial institutions. He began his financial journey at Berliner Freiverkehr, working with stocks and bonds, and quickly rose through the ranks to become an executive at N.M. Fleischhacker and later at Bankhaus Main AG. At Bankhaus, Rainer was a sales trader for institutional clients and served as a market maker/lead broker for European, United States, and Canadian companies on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and Xetra. Bankhaus also functioned as a designated sponsor and investment bank, offering asset management services for high-net-worth individuals.
Rainer’s career further ascended as CEO and shareholder of Futurum Bank, obtaining banking licenses at BaFin. Under his leadership, Futurum executed one of the first crypto-integrated banking solutions in Germany. Wim Geleyn - Luxembourg Managing Director: Wim has over 20 years of experience in real estate, private equity, law, finance, IT, business development, and sales, and holds a master's degree in law from KU Leuven. As a Partner of Athena Partners LLP, a London-based boutique private placement business that provides capital raising advisory services to alternative investment managers, he specializes in sourcing real estate investment opportunities for fund managers and high-net-worth individuals.
As an Investment Director of Normills, he is onboarding real estate investment funds and trusts, single and multi-family offices, and institutional investors such as insurance companies to invest in residential real estate in Luxembourg and France and luxury real estate investments in the South of France (Côte d'Azur). Adam Schmideg - Chief Engineer: Adam is an experienced full-stack developer and has been the Technical Product Manager at Ethereum, leading a team of 8 people. He was an Engineering Manager in Infra at Prezi, managing the Infra team of 12 people who managed the product that has over 50 million registered users and created over 160 million presentations. He has also been Head of Engineering at Bunq, a Unicorn bank with a valuation of $1.6B. He is a blockchain developer with over a decade of experience.

This is a Private Round token offering for the $ESX token launching on BSC & Ethereum with TGE currently scheduled for December 1st, 2024.
Tokenomics

Secure Launch Process
To ensure a smooth launch, the EstateX team has agreed to:
- Have their domain fully SSL certified one week prior to the launch date.
- Have their domain protected by Cloudflare and share the proof with TrustSwap prior to the launch date.
- Disclose the vesting schedule of all tokens, including team, strategic investors, private presale, influencers, etc.
- Distribute tokens to launchpad participants within one hour of exchange listing.
- Provide the timeline for token distributions and distribute tokens within a one-hour window of the agreed-upon time.
- Have at least one community moderator on each social platform (Twitter, Telegram, etc.) actively available 24 hours a day for the first 7 days following the launch.
Participation and Allocation
This Launchpad offering is for a Private Round allocation of the $ESX token. Anyone who wants to join can apply, but application does not guarantee an allocation.
As always, anyone with a $SWAP Staking Score of at least 4,000 can receive a guaranteed allocation provided that individuals (and entities) pass KYC (jurisdictional restrictions apply). Token allocation will be split up among eligible participants proportionately based on their percentage of the total combined Staking Scores. Any unclaimed allocations after the initial funding round will be offered to those who might otherwise be ineligible.

Step-By-Step Guide
Prepare for Launch Day by ensuring that your SWAP stakes are topped up before the snapshot. You can also complete your KYC in advance.
- On November 7th, 2024, at 5:00 PM UTC, the application window will open for 48 hours. During this time, go to the TrustSwap Launchpad and click the “Start” button to apply. The snapshot will be taken 48 hours after the launch event begins.
- Complete all of the steps required for KYC verification. This can be done in advance at any time for free in just a few minutes. To save time on launch day, complete your KYC registration now.
- On November 9th, 2024, at 5:00 PM UTC, the application portal will close, and a snapshot will be taken of all active SWAP stakes. There will then be a waiting period of up to 48 hours as the team finalizes internal processes.
- Successful applicants will receive an email confirming their total allocation (the maximum amount they are allowed to contribute to the token offering) and asking how much they wish to contribute. Individual allocations will be either the full allocation or the pledged amount, whichever is lower.
- You will have 24 hours to send funds. After 24 hours, your position will be given to the next in line, and you will lose it. Payments must be sent in USDC or USDT on either Ethereum (ERC20), BSC (BEP20), or Polygon (MATIC) blockchain.
- Any tokens that are unclaimed after the initial funding round may be offered to those who applied successfully but were not eligible for guaranteed allocations.
How To Prepare
- Based on the requirements set for a guaranteed allocation, stake your $SWAP tokens in the Long-Term Staking Portal before the snapshot on 11/9/2024 at 5:00 PM UTC.
- Take a photo of your government-issued ID card (Passport, Drivers License, or any other form of government-issued ID card that has your photo in it).*
- Take a selfie of yourself holding the ID card along with a note that reads: “ESX 2024”.*
- Make sure to follow the TrustSwap Announcement channel for updates and confirmations.
- Submit your details and documents at any point during the 48-hour launch window at https://dashboard.trustswap.org/app/launchpads.
